  2. Read your DCPS e-mail.
  3. Follow any additional instructions from the teacher.

Students will continue working on the Space Travel Simulator.

Work Period [~30-45 Minutes]

Students will work on the Space Travel Simulator program.

Previous (Late) Assignments

Any late assignemnts will not be accepted without written communication from a parent/guardian.

Before you leave please do the following::

  1. BACKUP your data in at least two locations.
  2. RESTART the computer.
  3. TURN OFF the monitor.
  4. COLLECT your materials.
  5. WAIT quietly to be dismissed.

  7. THROW away any trash in the trashcan as you leave.

Essential Questions

  1. How does a side-scrolling platform game simplify the level design process?
  2. What role do power-ups play in most side-scrolling platform games?
  3. What input controls are important for a side-scrolling platform game?
  4. What information is important to the player during the actual game play?
  5. What will you do today to be better than you were yesterday?
